Track is a 12-week incubation program focused on you and your business. Track gives you the tools, resources and community you need to take the next step forward to build a business you love.
WEEK ONE // YOUR MISSION - We'll start Track off with creating your mission statement. We'll dive into what you're creating, how you'll build it and why this is your mission.
WEEK TWO // MONEY TODAY AND TOMORROW - We’ll get the hard stuff out of the way first. We’ll assess how much tangible capital you have and how much you’ll need to kickoff this launch in the best way possible. From here, we’ll build a budget for pre-launch and how much you’ll need to maintain momentum post-launch.
WEEK THREE // CREATING YOUR WHY - What makes you important to the conversation? Foundership is so important in building your business, beyond the business itself. We’ll dive into your WHY and why you for them. You’ll create your first stages of brand messaging for your website, social media and newsletter.
WEEK FOUR // MILLIONAIRES HAVE MULTI-STREAMS - The fun part of making money begins when you can create multiple ways of creating income to diversify your income flow and maintain momentum without having to consistently dip into savings. Welcome financial models and projections. Once the hard stuff is done, the fun begins.

Learn how to get your personal finances in order to launch your business with ease, create the separation necessary to managing your finances and how to save your cash for building your business the smart way.
MILLIONAIRES WITH MULTI-STREAMS, taught by Paco de Leon
Yes, your business needs to make money. More importantly is how you’ll make that money. Paco will walk you through how to make money through different revenue streams and keep your business afloat while you build, and sustainable when you’re ready to be a full-time CEO.
WEEK FIVE // BUILDING CORE TEAM - Whether you’ll be a team of one or team of five at kickoff, understanding your responsibilities across the board will allow you to project manage your launch into success. You’ll break down what you’ll be doing vs. what you may need help with post-launch and how to execute solo vs. team pre, during and post launch.
WEEK SIX // YOUR ADVANTAGE - We’ll create the cohesive messaging to separate you from your competitors and answer the question, what is your unique angle?
WEEK SEVEN // YOUR AUDIENCE - It’s important to understand who you’re trying to reach and what you want them to do. We’ll create your audience persona and an action plan to ensure they do exactly what you’re driving them to your website to do.
WEEK EIGHT // MARKETING FUNNELS + STRATEGY - You’ll build a clear, concise path to reach the audience you desire. You’ll flesh out where you’ll find them, how best to engage and get them back to your website to convert. This includes newsletter sign-up landing, social promotions, advertising + more.
PROTECT YOUR BRAND THROUGH CONTRACTS, taught by Grant Atkinson
Whether it’s a brand partner or a contract hire, you want to ensure you’ve protected everything from your content to product development, responsibilities, roles and commitments. Learn how to get protected through contract templates and how to read a contract with clarity.
SAFEGUARD YOUR WEBSITE, YOUR CONTENT, AND YOUR CLIENTS , taught by Heidy Vaquerano
Anything with your brand attached needs to be safeguarded with the proper return policies, privacy policies, copyright and trademarked content and development and how to protect the services you provide to your clients. You’ll learn how to ensure anything with your brand is built with prevention and protected.
WEEK NINE // ASSET READY - Get your website, social media and all external representations of your brand ready for launch. We’ll create a cohesive brand message for all external platforms to showcase and ensure everything “soup to nuts” is representing your brand from color to mission statement.
WEEK TEN // NEWSLETTER + SOCIAL STRATEGY - Launch is almost here and you’ll want to ensure your messaging is seamless across all platforms. You’ll build a newsletter strategy with email templates and social media strategy to push your MVP into the atmosphere.
WEEK ELEVEN // TWEAKS + PIVOTS - It’s time to test your MVP. You’ll launch within the Track community where you’ll receive team audits of the launch and address any pivots that may need to take place before launch. We’ll also create your post-launch strategy from here to ensure you maintain your presence in the space.
WEEK TWELVE // LAUNCH WEEK! - You’re ready to launch, and we can’t wait to engage with your final MVP. The best part about this week? You have an entire community here to support your launch, including the JIG+SAW community!
HOW TO TALK ABOUT YOUR MVP TO BRANDS, FANS + YOUR DAD, taught by Chrystina Woody Train
One of the hardest components of having a business is talking about your brand in a cohesive manner. Learn how to pitch your brand with clarity, speak about your MVP to anyone and everyone so you no longer here a stale, lackluster response.
TARGET ONE, NOT THE WORLD, taught by Jaclyn Johnson
When you target a niche, you create trust with your audience, control the conversation around your brand and its attributes and more importantly, create brand loyalty. Learn how to hone in on a niche audience, how to target them and keep them around forever.
Starting February 2018, all Track members hop online every Tuesday from 10:30a-12:30p PST for the scheduled session as listed in the curriculum above. You can join from any desktop, mobile phone and anywhere in the world (as long as you're awake) to tune in!
You'll have the opportunity to book one-on-one time with our in-office experts which will take place Wednesdays, time TBD, through online video. These will be booked in 15 minute increments and are first come, first serve. You must come prepared with a question to ask beforehand.
Track provides weekly assignments that will be heavily encouraged to complete in order to get to launch successfully.
Completed coursework will be required when evaluating for a refund.
Whether it's Track Day (Tuesdays) or an overwhelming Friday night, you'll have access to our private Slack Group where you can engage with the entire Track community, ask 1-on-1 Q's and you'll also have access to me (the founder!) for Q+A sessions.
